1. Registration
All participants shall submit a registration
form to the Secretariat(E-MAIL : npd003@sepia.ocn.ne.jp FAX
: +81-3-3277-3459) not later than July 15,
2007.
Registration Fee : US$ 300
The fee
includes attendance at all sessions, conference documuentation,
refreshments, welcome party dinner and farewell party dinner and
excursion. The fee does not include hotel accommodation.
There are 2 ways of payment for the registraion
fee.
1) Participatn may pay the registration fee in cash(US
dollars) at the registration dest of the Conference.
2)
Participants may pay the registration fee in US dollars in the form
of bank transfer.

*Bank transfer costs should be paid by the participant.
*All
participants are requested to provide a copy of the bank receipt
with the Registration Form by fax to the Secretariat.
*If you
pay for more than two participants, please submit a list of all
participants.
Confirmation
Upon confirming both the
receipt of your registration and payment, the Secretariat will send
you a confirmation sheet by fax or
e-mail.
Cancellation
Notice of cancellation
must be in writing and sent to the Secretariat.
If cancellations
are received in writing by August 31st,2007, registration fee will
be refunded less 50%(US$150). After this date, it is regretted that
not refunds will be made.
2. Venue
The House of Scientists, Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences

The House of Scientists is the cultural centre of Akademgorodok.
Akademgorodok is a part of the russian city Novosibirsk, located 20 km south of the city center. It is the educational and scientific centre of Siberia.
3. Accommodation
The Organizaing Committee will arrange hotel for the
participants at a reasonable rate.

*Breakfast is served in the restaurant downstairs and costs
110 Rb (about 4 USD).
*In addition to the room rate, 25% of the
only first night of stay is charged as reservation
fee.
*Participants pay the hotel bill in cash (Russian rub.only)
or by credit card (Visa or Master only).
*Please note that the
room rate is expected to rise during the summer season. In that
case, the details will be notified as soon as possible.
*The
price of the dollar indication is the reference price. The amount
due in dollars changes by a fluctuation of the exchange rate.

4. Travel and Visa Participants will be
expected to arrive at September 17th. Those persons who need
official invitation letters to obtain visas or travel documents,
should fill a visa
application form.
5. Call for papers If you would like to
appear a paper on the proceedings,please let us know the title
and the abstract around 300 words of your paper not later than May
15th,2007 to the Organizing Committee by e-mail. We examine
abstracts and select some for the presentation. The paper should be
submitted to the Organizing Committee by e-mail not later than July
15th, 2007. All papers will be published in the proceedings of the
Conference.
